The ratio of solo photo sessions booked with me by women is still many times higher than those by men, but I am very glad to observe the growing tendency of men being ready to invest in their personal image, wanting to keep beautiful memories of their travels or even simply looking to update their Tinder profile with professionally done cool and hot images of themselves :-)
Oftentimes I have reservations of photo shoots for men done by their loving partners or friends as gifts.
I personally always appreciate this kind of bookings, because for me working with men is an opportunity to explore other concepts and to create more masculine imagery. Besides, in my practice men oftentimes choose for themselves an analog photo session over the digital one, and I am always excited to share with someone my enthusiasm and passion for shooting on 35mm film.
