Life in a daydream - photographer's creative self-portraits

During the 2020 lockdown, I had the chance to spend time in Crozon, a beautiful coastal town in the Brittany region of France. Surrounded by breathtaking nature and dramatic views, I quickly became fascinated by the landscape and its ability to inspire creativity.

Living in a house with a small, lovely garden was a stark contrast to my small Parisian apartment, and it allowed me to enjoy a slower, more peaceful pace of life. Although I missed the dynamic energy of my usual photography work and the connection with my clients, I channeled this time into something personal — self-portraits. These images reflect a unique moment of stillness, where nature, space, and solitude became the perfect setting for personal expression. This collection offers a glimpse into my world during 2020, a year when I found new connections with the environment around me and explored a more intimate side of my creative process.
